ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included. If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you by email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight and selected delivery service. The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout is indicative and begins after the order has been dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control may occur. If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damaged parcels, please also include photographs of the parcel and products.
